What item (over £100) have you bought that you really regretted buying?

For me it was a Hugo Boss leather jacket that I thought I really wanted, It went on sale (no backsies) and I bought it for £300. I got home and put it on, looked in the mirror and said "you look like a frickin' idiot" and then never wore it again.

I also bought a Ski-Bike for £3,500 which I've used once - it's still upstairs in the loft. I hate skiing but wife comes from Italian mountains so wanted to try something more my style. Went down the slope, lift operator said "nice ski-bike - you can't use them here though...". Great - should have done more research. Those are my only two big ones - taught me good life lessons.
