LPT: You don’t have to workout to lose weight.
If your goal is to simply lose weight (water, body fat, and muscle), you have to focus on your nutrition. You can never out-train a horrible nutrition plan. You have to be in a CALORIC DEFICIT. The amount of calories you burned while working out can easily be eclipsed by overeating and being in a caloric surplus.
My take, let your nutrition plan be the main driver for weight loss and supplement that weight loss goal with home/gym training plan, while simultaneously building muscle.
