Is there a celebrity that people are surprised to learn is from your country?
A lot of people don't know that Steven He, the "emotional damage" guy, is Irish. Born in Shenzhen, China, he and his family moved to Limerick in the west of Ireland where he grew up.
I didn't even know this until fairly recently, and was genuinely shocked the first time I heard him speak in his natural (Irish) accent.
Does your country have anyone similar? Or a person who even most people from your country don't know is from there?
